Taiji aims to develop the latent capacities or forces that are present in all of us.
Taiji offers TaiJi37 NanPai Stances (standing postures), TaiJiQuan (empty hands), TaiJiJian (two-edged straight sword), TaiJiGun (medium long staff), TuiShou (pushing hands) and Sanshou (partner form) as methods to develop these taijijin (taiji forces) and apply them on a higher level. TaiJiJin focus in depth on the different taijijin. The roots of taiji lies in the martial arts. Body- and healing-aspects are the key issues, but the martial aspect still remains important and is not forgotten.
