ShenBUQI® educates mainly two related meditation techniques.

The Golden Light Meditation is a health oriented meditation practice. It emphasizes correct implementation of the meditation technique and the search for the Center of Mind.

The Chan Zong meditation technique is based on the Chan Zong lineage of Lama Fahai.
The Zhu Si Chan meditation emphasizes a possible spiritual development and re-awakening of latent mind functions through meditation starting from the Center of Mind.
